This seems to be an authentic Rajasthani traditional slow cooking process . The chefs ( ladies ) are ever smiling 👍 The Dal Bhatti is cooked in the most laborious yet authentic way . No mechanical device used . Just the traditional way 👌👌💯💯 Time to have candid taste of the Papad and fresh chutney . Glad Tanmay loved it 😋😋 Wow what a fabulous farm . I loved the last road trip on TP . Fabulous camera work 💯💯 Now the table is all set with authentic Rajasthani cuisine. Hello veggie paaji.
So I was travelling to Udaipur by train in Sep-Oct. After seeing this video of yours, I also planned to visit Dhabalogy on Oct 1, 2023 with my family. It was an hour ride from where I was actually staying in udaipur but still I hired a taxi and went there just after hearing so much praise from you.
But but but....as not expected even 1%, the place turned out to be very disappointing, so overhyped...food was good but the too much of waiting time, no management, even after getting seated, no one came to attend and take order, we had to ask for everything again and again like water, paper napkins, spoons etc..all these basic things were also not present at the table.
Ok, we can ignore all these stuff also ...ki chalo crowd jyada tha...ni ho pata manage kbhi kbhi...but what i saw then was....just super unhygienic and super risky for all of those eating food there.
I saw rats...yes rats, in the roti basket and they were serving food in them without cleaning
Dining area mei itne rats they,...toh kitchen mei kitne honge
Such an horrible experience...total waste of time and money
