I wish that the NFL did NOT put Audio Pass into Game Pass. I could listen to the radio broadcast of the Seattle Seahawks, while my FOX affiliate was in NY. It was affordable as well. I was upset when the NFL put it into GamePass, because I wasn't about to pay $300+USD just for Audio Pass. the $30 USD was in my price range (I am on a disability pension)

I've followed it as best I can, but I've not heard anyone with legal knowledge discuss the ins & outs of all the legal proceedings & rulings & agreements that have permanently altered college football. the whole thing has been really interesting. College football is now pretty much officially a "Pro" football game - so maybe Mike could bring it under his umbrella one day.

I am confused over what you arr making a big deal over the NFL lawsuit. As a person can only watch 1 game at a time the is a solution available for less then $100 manually, called NFL+. I regularly watch all 16 games every week, only have to wait till each game is complete. In fact an option available is a compressed viewing usually 50 minutes long excluding 2+ hours of announcer and color bullshit.
