There is different treatment for single domain, and it picks SCL value from Microsoft and accordingly it will take action. Means checkpoint action is based on Microsoft SCL value. If MS SCL value is 5 and suggested action is Move to Junk, then most of cases it usually take action as suggested by Microsoft. Now service support is very poor.
