I inow thIs has nothing to do with the video but I have a 1991 Yamaha big bear 350 and it bogs at full throttle I’ve torn down the entire carb looked for vacuum leaks everywhere and it still bogs I have never looked at the valves though any ideas?
Is it an oem carburetor does it have two throttle cables that could be the issue you can get one on eBay or find one off a different model that doesn't have the two throttle cables the the butterflies and the throttle cables get out of sink and they don't work right
I think it is funny, that they say they will answer comment questions and never do. Did you ever find your answer? I have a question for you, I picked a used 2016yxz manual shift, shifts fine running but just getting it going is super hard, engine stalls, it even came with a heavier flywheel. Pulling away in reverse I can keep it running without stalling, forward 1st gear I have to rev the shit out of it to keep it running and studder away, does that sound l just need new plates to you? Good luck with your question, and thanks
You have to reprogram the shift engagements points on the Sport Shift system as it is controlled by the ECU mainly because of the gear reduction kit I had already installed. I will not have to on this unit as it is a Standard Shift. In essence, a manual shift. No flappy panels on the steering column.
The links for all the parts are in the description. This is the clutch kit: www.partzilla.com/product/yamaha/2HC-E6300-V0-00? You can also find the links to the plates and their quantities in the descrition as well.
So for my 2016 yxz I can remove the first 3 fiber plates that are thinner and install regular plates ? On an alba clutch kit
Hello do you have the part number for the transmission screen, the pull handle on mime has broken off, thank you.

Valve clearencing could be off/ or throttle body sync could be off

John Talley taught me everything I know
@@anthonyk6265 I have a aftermarket carb with a single throttle cable
@@eliasnohair7963 I’ve recently adjusted the valves and they are both good and I don’t have a throttle sync
Why do you have to reprogram the shift points ? Wouldn’t they be the same as factory set shift points .
