My store started performing very well and I decided to add upsells, change the shops contact email to a custom domain email, import a few aliexpress reviews, added faster shipping options, significantly raised my ad spent and made a few other changes aswell. All of these changes were made within the span of 2-3 days so this is a nightmare considering any of these could have caused the suspension.
I really appreciate how simple was the breakdown of possible issues in your video. I will update my comment after I receive the reply to my appeal and let you know if I get any valuable information. Good luck to anyone else currently facing the same problem.

Very helpful video. I need a suggestion about my Hemp / CBD ecommerce business.
I applied for GMC but many of the products on my website got NOT APPROVED due to CBD/THC in it.
Now I don't think these products can be FIXED/DIAGNOSED because of CBD/THC.
How can I continue using GMC for other non CBD/THC products that got approved?
Without my whole account getting suspended.

Thank you Mr Sam!! Just a question, what if your main office is at home and you mostly sell online? I have a P.O box and don't want my personal address out there. Such a headache.
Depending on the type of products the website sells, P.O. Boxes can be accepted, but we generally advise not to use them. Showing unclear or false information, such as P.O. boxes sometimes could be worse than no information, people at an address should represent the business.
However, over the years Google updated their guidelines, allowing customers to include at least one or two contact information options, such as an email address or a phone number. While we still recommend to have an email address and/or contact number, having a physical business address is no longer mandatory.
So if I make a new merchant center with a new store but the same IP address I'll get banned?
I am working through this video to fix my suspension. My phone number was verified; however, I use the same number on another site. Is this a problem? If so, would a google voice number work?

I have a problem with the products I sent to my GMC, I followed another one of the tutorials to learn how to send a feed of products to my GMC, and Google accepted all my products
but 10 days later all my products went from accepted to refused status
and when I click on the red button to try to understand why there is written requirement of the regulation not respected, but I do not know what that means and above all I am not sure that this is the problem that you describe in this video ?

Hi Sam, my google Marchant center is suspended due to a policy violation: Misrepresentation. The business information in google Marchant center is in the USA but the google ads information Payment Profile is in morocco, and I think that´s the problem, What do you recommend? thanks

My GMC is suspended for Misrepresentation and some guy on Fiverr said that I have to target only Canada (since I'm in Canada). My store default currency is in USD, in order for me to target only Canada I would have to change my store default currency to CAD which will mess up my reporting and a bunch of other stuff in my store. Could my store's currency have something to do with my GMC suspension?

Do VPNs possibly cause the accounts to become suspended?
No one can ensure to fix GMC with VPN use pure IP
@@mdvulakhan4110 I have come to the conclusion that VPN is probably low-risk in and of itself, but can contribute (along with other factors) to a suspension. The best bet, is to, yes, use pure IP.

Honestly guys i have been harrassed with the merchant center suspensions and the ONLY WAY to get unban is to follow their rules and have complete and clear information pages
And some luck lol , the only way is submit multiple stores and hopes one of them get approved that’s all

Hey there, I'm not sure why you feel that way. The entire video takes you through the various issues that may result in a site suspensions, and what you need to check to fix them, several ecommerce stores have followed our guidelines and have managed to get themselves unsuspended.
Google are 6un75.
With all its intelligence, Google should be pinpointing exactly what error it found to begin with so that we don't have to spend frustrating amounts of time trying to figure it out and comb through every detail in our store. Especially when the error tells you to fix it "as soon as possible," not considering that it could be days of you working at it.
We have suspendet and we have done everything what the support is telling us via Telefone but nothing work
