A little late to the party but the music is actually a very popular Football (Soccer) chant that many soccer fans in Mexico use to support their teams, in this case Picasso has a very strong relationship with the students of the UNAM, university in which he studies neuro sciences. This University has a soccer team called Pumas UNAM, and the fans of the soccer team go watch him in almost all of his fights.
In this case the chant was adapted, as it normally goes "Dale, Dale ,Dale , Insert name of the soccer team"
but in this case they are chanting "Dale, Dale, Dale, picasso" this meaning "Come on, come on, come on picasso"
Edit: I just noticed but you can see the logo of the Pumas Unam on the side of Picasso's trunks around the belt area.
