Right click on the Picture and go to "Picture" and now go to Size. In this you will see Scale set to 100%, change this to 50% or else to a desired size.
Hello Amir, I have outlook 365 provided by my work. in order to insert a picture in my email signature we have to pay extra. is there a way to create a key stroke to insert a picture in my signature? ( when your click alt plus type certain numbers a star or other clip figures are generated )
Hi Idida, so you are using the Outlook for Web? You could configure Microsoft Outlook with your Office 365 email and you will be able to add signature with Images, as this Outlook is on your computer. Hi Amir. Working on your Outlook videos. Cannot rename. I follow steps, can create new tab and groups, but rename does not work at all. It worked fine for me in your Word 2013 instructions, etc. where I was able to name. Not here. Looked it up but no idea why I cannot rename. Just stays as "new tab" and won't allow me to change the name whether I use the right click or choose from bottom options. I am hoping you know why it doesn't work in Outlook for me!

Victor Hazan I am guessing that you have Microsoft Outlook installed in your computer, as it does not come with the Home version of Microsoft Office. Something could have gone wrong with the installation of Outlook, try to re-install or Repair the installation. You can try this from Control Panel - Program and Features; click on Microsoft Outlook (or a version of Ms Office that comes with Outlook) look for Repair button on top, click it and follow the steps.
Windows 10 has a built-in Email client. You will need to buy Microsoft Outlook if you want it on your computer. Or look at Thunderbird; it is a free email client by Mozilla.
Microsoft Surface is using Windows 10. Or do you have the old Surface RT, which came with Windows 8 RT edition? If your Surface has Windows 8.1 or 10, you can install any software on it. Here is Thunderbird www.mozilla.org/en-GB/thunderbird/

Did the computer already have Microsoft Outlook or did you install your copy of Office 2013? If somehow outlook is configured, remove email configuration. Click on File and look for ACCOUNT SETTINGS on the right. Click it and choose the option that comes up. In this window you will see a Name or Email address listed, click on it and Remove it. Now you can use the NEW button to add your own email address. Hope this helps.
I have viewed various how to videos on how to link up my Outlook 13 and Yahoo accounts but I am unable to. Every time input all my information and it is searching for my mail serving settings it comes back saying "Log on to server and send a test e-mail message" with a red X. No matter how many times I retry I have no success...any idea what is going on?

Example You want to send all Registered Nurse in your hospital and ask for their availability for work. I know some organigtion especially hospital doing this but I do not know how to do. Like instead of email address make a group with the cell number. Maybe ISP different.

+carolinespec I have Outlook 2016 and it works for me. Try to use the "reset" option, close Outlook, open and try again.

You can send a group email to them. What I would suggest is to create a Google Form, which you send it to them, and they fill in their availability.
