Hey just to let you know, if I'm correct: 20.00% is still an SS stat where as 20.01% is the absolute minimum for an SSS stat. Your stat went up to 20.00% instead of the 20.01% needed for the SSS. Although its basically the same thing you're just missing the glow when viewing the stats.
The reason you never get SSS and it stops at 20% (if I remember right) is because it’s physically impossible to evolve into an SSS, and you can only get it by rolling
