Thanks Mike! Yes, this model is inspired by the F35C Navy variant. This was just the first test fit. Later I will make the final version and paint it Gray to look more like the real plane.
Obrigado novamente Ferrnando! I hope to have the offical plans done in a couple weeks if I can. Thanks for your support, I appreaciate it! I remember all the nice rc plane pictures you sent e to add to our website, very nice work! Thank you again Ferrnando! (I hope my message translated correctly, I used Google translate.)
Thank you for the comment FSXTout! Yes, this plane was inspired by the F-35C Navy variant. I wanted to use that one because it has a little larger wingspan and would support a little more weight for an RC model.
Thanks for the comment jaygdav. The batteries actually worked fairly well, at least for the price. When I did that watt and amp meter test, they did show about a 2 volt drop at full throttle. Better quality batteries I have used like Pyrodrone or Tattu usually only have about a 1 to 1.2 voltage drop. Overall though these low cost YouMePower batteries worked ok in the FF-35V2 70mm EDF. They came down cool after both flights and had no puffing. Though it was a cool day also. I will have to see how they hold up after more flights. Here is a link to the batteries I used for reference. amzn.to/3AtaALd
Very cool design Paul. The Navy decals give it a good look. Glad she flew well for you.
