This video makes me depressed. Back then I stood at that beach after 4 days of trekking and a long ferry ride. I stood at the beach aghast at the beauty. A mango literally fell into my hand from the triple canopy rain forest on the shore. As I stood there, a Nautilus shell washed up at my feet and an Israeli backpacker came out of the ocean and she asked me if I thought God was testing us. It was an incredible moment. Be prepared for the sand flies.

Yes.. there are many taxis available outside jetty..
How much the taxis charged
Taxi charges are around 200-300 rupees.. depending on the distance from jetty to hotel..
