Dan's gone Hollywood with those shades! Congrats on getting to play there. A golfer's dream bucket list course for sure (as another commenter mentioned).
Mark, Your channel has become go go to channel for lessons! Straight forward and to the point without too much clutter to think about. Thank you for the dedication that you put into your channel for us duffers. Hope you enjoy your time in the states. Again, very enjoyable and BEST channel I have come across - thanks ⛳️
Played it two days after you boys. Just a phenomenal course. Made a fair few pars but also made some very big numbers! 5, 6,7,8,17,18 all straight off the TV and completely lived up to my hopes and expectations!
Definitely a bucket list for sure! Someday.............Fingers crossed. Of ALL courses that I know of other than Augusta of course Pebble holds a special place in my heart.
Great vlog Mark. The bit about living up to all the hype was the same for me about the Old Course. All the history, the views and the atmosphere were spectacular, it sends a shiver down my spine just thinking about it. Playing the same course you've seen all the legends of golf play is really special.
You've got me so absolutely hyped about wanting to play this course now... Just beautiful... And there are even more around that area!!! Just... that area...
You guys need to do a Monterey Peninsula golf tour ... so many fantastic courses around there, and nowhere near the price of Pebble. Spyglass is as good as Pebble, the Links at Spanish Bay is amazing, the Bayonet course at Bayonet/Black horse, Poppy Hills .. and the best $50 municipal course you will ever play, Pacific Grove golf links ...
That was cool to hear you guys reflect on playing an amazing course! You boys play a lot of great places so it’s interesting to hear that you’re still amazed by the great ones! Cheers boys! Can’t wait to start watching the course vlog tonight 😃
Visited (didn’t play) there. I found it really cool that the first tee box is like 15-20 feet from the clubhouse door. I’m hoping, since you guys WILL do the US West coast, that you will hit Bandon Dunes in Oregon some day.
You had a stunning day. It is worthwhile for me to hear how impressed you were with the course because the green fee is pretty steep. Sounds like it is well worth it. Thanks.
Played pebble 2 years ago. Didn't play from the back but it's not the length, but the wind and the greens are a huge factor for keeping your sanity. It can chew you up and spit you out so fast.
Played in November. 72 degrees and not a cloud in the sky. Couldn’t have been better. You get so distracted by the views and the history of the place that it’s hard to focus on your round. Shot 81
I’m really curious what you will think of Wolf Creek. It’s by far the most beautiful and yet the most difficult course I have ever played. But what an experience. Hope you enjoy my neck of the woods here in Vegas too. Next up, Shadow Creek?
I’m a Monterey native and was lucky to play cypress for the 1st time last November. My buddy caddies there and after about a year of bugging him he finally got me on. Teeing off on the 16th was one of the greatest moments of my life. I’d be surprised if Mark had the opportunity to play it he would have to have connections through a member or employee. I honestly hope he does!
I’m two hours away from pebble beach, only problem is they make you stay at the lodge to play the course with a price tag of 1500 for lodging and one round of golf. I will pay 450 to play the course but I’m not paying 1500.
Mdmchannel I will be down there playing golf in the area, I was going to go to the open but would rather put my 150 towards golf fees. I went to the last US open on the final day Sunday at Olympic club in San Francisco several years ago.
Mdmchannel a good friend of mine is running a huge construction demo job in Monterey and his company has set him up in a nice 3 bedroom place that he stays in 3 to 4 days a week, then he comes back home to Sonoma county on Friday mornings so lucky for me my lodging will be free.
@e james at least if you got to play at Cypress Point, everything would be paid for. There must me some old duffers there looking for someone to make up a four ball. I believe it happens at Augusta all the time, they invite members from neighboring Augusta Country Club to make up the numbers....
Lincoln Shaw of course but how are you going to get on? It’s like saying I’m going to play Augusta National. Unless you know someone super special it’s not happening.
@@mikenorthern1024I hear ya, but in essence it's no harder than someone inviting you to play. It's just 6 degree's of separation away, just need to know someone who knows someone who knows.........
I’m a caddy at Pebble Beach and they’re not lying, every time I go out I fall in love with a different hole. It’s amazing.
Dan's gone Hollywood with those shades!

Looks like you caught one hell of a nice day to play it too. Just look at that blue sky!

DomBun28 Mind me asking what the green fee was?
@@alexrankin2481 $525 U.S. ( not bad eh) LOL
Alex Rankin I think $550 but to guarantee a tee time you also need to stay a night in one of the hotels. Still worth every cent
Definitely a bucket list for sure! Someday.............Fingers crossed. Of ALL courses that I know of other than Augusta of course Pebble holds a special place in my heart.
Dan rockin the hell outta those Cali shades
Nice shades Dan. Looks like a peak experience.
You guys have been to the west, now it’s time to visit the East Coast of Canada and play Cabot Cliffs and Links.
I’m so excited for these new vlogs from over here in America. This is going to be great. Woohoo!!!
A lovely round to watch. Would love to play one day.
Played it for my 50th birthday with my little brother and two best buddies! Best day of my golfing life. Well it was tied with playing the Old Course!
Mark you should play Spyglass it’s the best course on the peninsula

Played sawgrass for the first time on Saturday just gone, and totally agree with mark, it’s as good as the myth. Absolute class
I'm buzzing just listening to you two talking about. Top Golf at Vegas Please. With wobbly knees and drinks
Rockstar Dan!
You've got me so absolutely hyped about wanting to play this course now... Just beautiful... And there are even more around that area!!! Just... that area...
Dan couldn’t agree more , definitely the best course I have ever played . It is awesome
I was there Sept 2018, what an amazing place. Unfortunately i didn't get to play but was down near the 18th filming.

Looking forward to seeing you guys golfing your way across the USA
Spyglass hill is better.....if you prefer a challenging course over scenery
Spyglass is much harder but certainly lacks the scenery.
Great vid boys!
I love how I can hear the pure reverence in your tones. Gotta play there one day!

Fantastic insight guys but its such a shame Coach and Raymondo couldn't join you for a challenge.
Great to see you boys out here on our west coast! Keep up the great vids. Best golf content on YT, easy.
Next year Bandon Dunes trip!
I worked on the bag drop out at Sawgrass last summer. Love that track.
Played pebble 2 years ago. Didn't play from the back but it's not the length, but the wind and the greens are a huge factor for keeping your sanity. It can chew you up and spit you out so fast.
Great volg Mark! You should do a Bandon Dunes video!
Wow, who approved Dan's time off? haha.. thanks for taking us to this beautiful place. Cant wait to see the vlogs.
Hearing Mark and Dan talk about how tough the course is gives me a whole new respect for what the PGA Tour pros do.
Played in November. 72 degrees and not a cloud in the sky. Couldn’t have been better. You get so distracted by the views and the history of the place that it’s hard to focus on your round. Shot 81
Better than YTgolfday by far!!!
Good one boys!
Brah's...you come and play Royal Adelaide, Royal Melbourne, Kingston Heath, Barnbougle Dunes and King Island....see if you change your view.
Nice shades guys.
I’m really curious what you will think of Wolf Creek. It’s by far the most beautiful and yet the most difficult course I have ever played. But what an experience. Hope you enjoy my neck of the woods here in Vegas too. Next up, Shadow Creek?
Rory must bring you to the garden route SA , golf courses will blow your mind!!
4:17 Dan has dumped the grandad image and is getting on it in Vegas baby.
Dan rocking the blue lenses 😂
Bucket list course....Eagle 15 from 96.2y oh gosh I don’t like to talk about it 😜. A must for any serious golfer
What a style transformation for Dan. Peter Millar 👍👍
Two very lucky lovely boys. Me, I'm just going to have to play it on one of those game machines Dan was talking about.
Cypress Point? The Olympic Club?
Bucket list mo.1
Cabot cliffs !!!
lockey is going to be crying himself to sleep after seeing this.
Dan goes to California and turns into David Lee Roth! He will never be the same.
Just a Gigolo....
@@lincolnshaw8812 Damn good times....
Best planet 🌎 ever!
Oh dan !! Such a low blow 🤔 Tory pines and sawgrass 🤔if shot gains was based on a little dig dan .......you’ve lost !!😂😂
Great video as normal 👍
Oh to be a player!!
what's the over / under of how many lost ball raymondo would be searching for at the beach?
Soooooo much easier for the viewer to follow your yellow ball Mark
Meet and greet in Alabama? Shall we?
I had to wear sunglasses while watching Dan wear sunglasses. #Flashy #Glareitup
I don’t do American but I may be converted !
Dan with his oakleys on he has gone baller. Hope he doesnt die again on this trip. The snot didnt sound brilliant on surround sound 😂😂😂
West Coast is the Best Coast!
Dam right, WALES!
Did you boys enjoy it then ...?! 😉 #LuckyBuggers
So..in summary, fair to say, you liked it then? 😂👍 Are you doing Cypress Point?

What the hell are them sun glasses Dan

Hey Coach.... You got a Pebble beach tee????? #coachathomecrying
Stunning course, though given the choice I'd rather play Cypress Point.
E James. $500 plus caddie ?

so jealous
Driving round it and visiting the shops was enough for me. Unless i strike oil i won't ever play there.
"As good as advertised" says it all.
Can an 18 get their money’s worth at pebble? A 12? 6 surely can, I would guess.
In other words, how good does one need to be to justify the cost.
Poor old lockey ☹️
Dan's shades are a disgrace
