Not sure why it took so long to get Bill & Steffy together? They still are not together 4/17/2020. How they paired her with this weak character Liam is bizarre. He's average looking and nothing with his shirt off. So much for being a soap hunk. The actor portraying Bill looked real good especially when this episode was filmed.
