New Balance Rebel v4: is this the best shoe on the market? For those speedier workouts.

The New Balance Rebel v4, the running shoe line has long been my go to for my speedier workouts and offers a brilliant alternative to knocking out the training sessions to carbon plated racers. Almost taking it back to basics, benefitting entirely from the session and not getting the boost that carbon plated shoes bring, until race day of course. I’ve long been running in the version 3 iteration of the Rebel line. Now finally making the purchase and jumping into the v4.

Thank you Gareth and Naomi again another fab video. I've recently bought some saucony kinvara as my light speed shoe for track so I'll be trying them next. I must admitt to using speeds on track till now. My long runs or any road runs I use my old asics gt s. I bought them when I thought I was an overpronation runner. Since I found out I'm neutral. I'm so glad you're feeling better now. I since found out my illness was covid lol. So wasn't pleased when that came out. See you both in the next one.
