The full length of this VOD may show up later, it might not (UA-cam moves in mysterious ways). This is due to my restarting the stream midway through in order to try and head off some performance drop on the viewing end. This drop looks likely to be caused by a memory leak within the game (no other streams are affected). Apologies for the inconvenience.
Hey Col, I know that the duration on the video listed in the "live" section says 4:14:51, but I'm only getting a 2:47:35 video, it picks up right after you had that big internet/youtube hiccup about halfway through the stream and goes to the end. Just FYI. It was great catching this live, thanks for the videotronic entertainment!
I just now got time to watch your Farming Simulator 25 episode 1, and the video/live stream starts from the beginning on UA-cam now. Maybe you already know, but I just wanted to say it.
I searched Farm Simulator 25 and got Daggarwin, Chainsaw, you and in the middle of it I got a real farmer harvesting grain on a real Western Australian farm that was horizon to horizon.
Did you see the FS22 map "Colorado Ranch"? Barry the Beef would have been right at home. Cosmic biorhythms, man? I need some positive waves like those.
Interesting chat about slot cars, RC cars, hotwheels etc. and their problems with spectator appeal. FPV drone/quadcopter racing has exactly the same problem with snagging an audience: they're just too fast for spectators to follow what's going on. That's despite the availability of live on board video, covering the quads with colourful lights, etc. There's been at least one attempt to address this problem by running a racing league where all the pilots are obliged to fly quads with the same design, one which would generally be considered total crap because it's really heavy, under-powered and slow. The idea is to slow down the racing enough for spectators to be able to see what's going on so that they can actually get into it.
I posited a solution to drone racing a couple of years ago - arm them. There's no pilot onboard, you could use lasertag style weapons to trigger squibs on opposing drones, or just disable them. If you then make them as cheaply as possible (and design them so that crucial, more expensive components are reusable) you make an absolute spectacle.
Yey! Grumpiliciousness in person (and supportitude) .. the art of Flailure. Hello Jeff. 'Ere, Boss .. how about depressing C repeatedly, or just W, and old F4 U and Q .. for the sake of science, or fun, or Pearl and Dean-ing (Bahp-bah-bah Ba Bah-bah). Hey! Teacher .. leave them cop cirrculars alone. Neat rows, BTW.
'I won't play Farming Sim, it doesn't do well on the channel' - Col Failure 1 month ago. Does anyone tell the truth anymore? I won't even bother watching.
I streamed it prelaunch and people had a good time, so with a gap in the schedule this week I opted to follow up. It too was a fun time had by all (with good time technical difficulties). There won't be a series though, as it doesn't perform well on the channel. Circumstances change, and I'm not clairvoyant enough to predict how they'll change.

I had a similar memory leak today, found the game using 48GB of memory haha. The game ground to a halt stuttreing constantly

I'm getting the same thing.
Likely because I restarted the stream to try and head off the tech issues.
52:33 AGCO owns both Challenger and White, so it's like a Chevy vs a GMC. AGCO also owns Massey- Furgeson, Fendt, and Valtra

I had to edit it on YT to fix the broadcast gap - took 36 hours to complete rendering :/
@@colonelfailure much appreciated 🙏

@@colonelfailure I reckon that would work. These things crash all the time anyway, so they're already designed to be both sturdy and easy to repair.

I cant see the video on the channel anymore but i had a tap open with the stream and its working from the start now
Ah, good. I delisted it while the online edit was running.
Secretly hoping that if CF plays the new derail valley update that he forgets to switch the brakes on
You'll never know!
Have you seen CaseOh's insane growth? Seems like he goes up 500,000 subs every month on YT
Why does the video only say "2:47" but UA-cam claims it "4:14"...?
What's wrong with JD they are the best in the business besides Case
JD is cheap american garbage. Fendt and Deutz-Fahr are the best in the business
Fendt is the best in the business. JD and Case are american so definitely not the best
In the explanation of yourself you missed out 'extremely opinionated' to the point where you will argue forever until everyone agrees with you.
That is a byproduct of being right.

It does good live not on a regular basis 30 min episode

So you wont watch because someone changed their mind? I'm sorry life has you so angry, I wish I could give you a hug.
