The house is nice. I wish they 2 other bedrooms are more spacious because they look cramped. While the master and jr master bedroom got so much space, too much that it looked a wasted space.

Sobrang ganda at laki nung house. wala lang entertainment area kc lahat ng rooms may provisioned for TV. isa pa, maliit lang ung elevator. Sana lang nilakihan na for at least 4 to 6 persons. Overall, maganda sya at maluwang tlga.

Ang gandaaaaa ng wooden front door. Halatang class and glossy. Wow as in wow... 😊😃
Malaking bahay pero parang ang sikip at ang dilim tingnan dahil sa dami ng walls/doors na nagdi-devide sa bawat parte ng bahay. Tapos made of wood pa kaya mas lalo dumilim. Those doors at the living room that leads to the dining room should not be there dahil parang lumiit yung living room. Walang kabuhay-buhay hindi ka gaganahan tumambay sa area na yun. Ang living room ang pinaka-focal point ng isang bahay kaya dapat pag pasok mo mapapa “wow” ka. Ito parang lilipasan mo lang yung living area. Then meron pa palang door from the kitchen leading to the main hall so dapat talaga wala yung wall and doors na yun na nagsi-separate sa living/dining at kitchen area dahil nagmukha lang kwarto sa isang hotel yung living room. Yung cabinets sa taas nung breakfast/bar area dapat wala yun dahil marami naman nang storage cabinets sa baba, kailangan mo pang tumungo para makita mo yung kausap mo sa kabilang side.. kung wala yun mas lumawak sanang tingnan yung area na yun.

you feature absolutely stunning homes, but you can improve your cinematography so the viewers can appreciate more the beauty of the home. also, instead of inserting photos of each room, why not replace it with short clips or better yet, just proceed on with the tour. because the photos included in the video sometimes can be quite confusing for the audience since it's shot with different perspectives.

Nice house and love the wooden textures. For 170 million it is WAY too overpriced. A house like this would go for around 30-35 million I would say based on my expertise in realty.
Also the elevator is completely unnecessary for just a 2 floor house with a low rise. That just adds to the cost of the house and the long-term maintenance which would be a burden to the owner. And the dining is too cluttered with chairs because of the breakfast bar chairs. No need for A/C units in the bathrooms since they have open window accessibility and for the master bedroom bathroom, a high wooden ceiling fan would be more ambient.
Other than those "flaws" its a nice house.
Lot is so expensive
this house would look more spacious if they put the pool at the backyard instead in the middle of the house imagine living room and dinning at the back of the house 😅 no theater room and gym room only thing I like is the wooden floor around the pool and the color of pool
If they are wanting a foreigner to buy the house, they will want an AC in or near the CR for sure. If not as soon as they get out of the shower they start to sweat immediately. If you can afford over $3m USD it's a must have.
