    I love it! Absolutely, we change because we want to change. It's just that simple!!!
    I'm not sure if you've ever considered going to therapy but it has truly helped me tremendously. In that space you can speak freely and allow yourself to feel all emotions necessary, connect dots that you didn't even know existed and begin a beautiful process of healing.❤

      Thank you. Yes, I've thought about it off and on over the years and did have a little therapy when I was a kid, but it over the phone (my choice I think) but I found it weird/awkward so didn't bother to carry on. At the moment, our finances definitely wouldn't stretch. Throughout the years, though, I have had a lovely christian lady I can talk to and pray with when I need to xxx.

      @@TheBlessedMum As long as you have someone to release to, is what's most important! When I did go, it was free for all patients of the specific doctors office. Otherwise, we would not have been able to afford it as well. The Lord will make a way as He does for all of our needs. I'll be praying for you :)

      Yes, I think that's what's been the issue for me. keeping it in, until it gets too much.
