I have to share this I just had to.. I've been practicing and really working on my meditation and projection and up until last night (02/05/23) the best I've experienced was passing out and dreaming about something that I'd maybe remember. I have been trying different guided hypnosis and astral projection videos on UA-cam. This video that I'm commenting under in particular was listened to last night without any earbuds or anything. Just a wireless speaker on my windowsill. It was the weirdest thing, all I did was listen and do as instructed. I know how ridiculous that sounds since every video does that lol but still this time it was different. When told to relax even more than I already was I just imagined I was floating on water.. u know that feeling you get in a pool when you just take a deep breath and float.. like that. THAN I started to feel like I was having a MASSIVE panic attack while at the same time still being beyond relaxed. I felt my heart starting to beat out of my chest!! It was intense. But I did not open my eyes 👀!!! I continued on . . This lasted for what felt like a long time. I could hear my neighbor out in the hallway walking around (which was CRAZY) while I'm feeling this too but I never took the next step. To actually leave and project. After a while the thought creeped into my head that "you messed something up Greg" and once that happened it was slowly but surely over with 🙄 after I finally opened my eyes it still took a few seconds to feel like I was back to normal completely. So... What am I missing?? I must complete my journey one of these days I feel its so close. Positive feedback gladly appreciated

I have to say I just found you. My husband and I are exclusively Michael Sealy and Jason Stephenson fans. The intro is too jarring and you repeat “more” too much, however I like the emphasis on your voice vs the music and I also like the body scan aspect

Talking throughout the session doesn't relax me and it keeps me awake. I wish I could find more sessions with little talking.
Hello Gary, I do understand you and there are some that just let music play but I try to send listeners on journeys to get them in a different state of mind and with just music that will not work. I suggest you try letting go more but as you mentioned you know what you would like to have or need in order to find better sleep and that is the main thing...coming to a state of relaxation. Hello Steviejo, I meanwhile love to listen your episodes during the day, any of these becoming better and better to bring me to sleep 😴 fastly, I love your accent too and I'm still sure, anyone who listen to your sleep hypnosis, who suffered before with insomnia, sleep issues or have a lack of concentration due to a bad sleep pattern the night before, will improve whilst listening regularly to your soothing voice and number-countdowns and told stories of fantasy. I just love to calm down after a distressing morn or day and feel like putten backwards to a time, when being just feels good and it is good to just be, no pressure, just feeling peaceful and light like a feather 🪶 whilst falling in trance😴😌 with a sweet background music and imaginations which let me feel safe and sound though.
