The reply gave me the name Emily Hawgood. I see similarities but I am struggling to agree that it is You Emily. I am happy to be corrected to find that You are the lady in the ad but either way I could really do with being put out of my misery dear one. I think the reason they didn't get anywhere is although their voices are fabulous they don't ever connect with the material they sing, technically it's good but this is a love song and it has all the emotion of a Grapefruit. I would prefer it to be slightly less perfect and tell the story of the song, really interpret the lyrics.

Kiriasun if you sing harmony and are harmonizing with a specific person, looking at them turns your ears towards them which allows you to hear them over other sounds, this results in a more perfect harmony. The middle two are the middle range and so they tend to harmonize together more often.
