I don't think people understand how humble Reece is. He took huge risks with buying Ben out of MDV at a time when he was also coming out of football and letting go of that income stream. He hasn't let his friend owning 17% of his business (and refusing to sell) come between them even though he isn't actively involved. Many of the people who criticise Reece would have cut off their nose to spite their face in this situation. And then he even talks about how we brokers the deal for Lewis as a middleman without asking for anything in return. Just these things alone show what kind of person he is and this is someone who is truly worthy of being listened to and when he speaks pay very close attention.
I absolutely do not get the draw here??? So many real founders who are hard core business. The great Bill Gates, Warren Buffett, Elon Musk and on and on. And here, out to impress and little else, form over substance. Barely a coherent conversation more mumbling and rambling. And "rich" really with a $35M revenue company hardly high net worth.
