Professor showed our class this video today, so sick. Love that Nakotah is taking the traditional dances of our culture and adding a modern spin to it for the new generation, using Hip Hop. So cool to see such creativity!
I am amazed that every time I have seen Nakotah perform, he would change it up here and there so it's a fresh experience each time. I am completely heartbroken over the loss of this extraordinary man. What a gift to the world he was. Prayers to his family and friends as they walk each day without him and endure this first Christmas and new year after his tragic loss. 🙏😢❤️⚡
I was so schocked to hear of Nakotah passing. A skilled artist of high calibre. So sadly missed. Heart rending. My condolences to his family. May he RIP. Extremely sad. A huge blow to the Hoop dancing world plumps his Tribe Hopi Nation plus other tribal connection. Thank you so very much.
