I live in Canada and we can only get the Epsie glam bag. I order primarily so I can get the add-ons for a good price. I hope someday we will be able to get the plus here

I cancelled my ipsy after receiving eye cream for three months in a row and I tried to bring it up to customer service and they were no help. I was disappointed because I thought with the changes (choosing 3 products) i would be more inclined to stay but I wasn't excited to receive my bag.
Wow, that is a lot of the same type of product! :( I would have ben frustrated too. I have not really ever dealt with their customer service before other than one time when I had a mission product and they did replace it. I'm sorry you had a bad experience. On the plus side, there is always Ipsy Shopper. As long as you were an Ipsy subscriber at one point you can order from it. They have fantastic daily deals there sometimes 75% off. Have a super day!
@@TheNicoleSanchez have you seen ipsy shopper lately? They haven't been good either. Remember when they used to actually sell products and not just mystery bags? I miss that.

greeniejoey I check ipsy Shopper almost every day for their daily special. I recently picked up a really cute necklace and earring set and in the past I even found Viseart palettes and R&Co shampoo and conditioner there for 50% off. Hee hee - you will have the MOST hydrated eyes. 😘
