THIS is a great tutorial,thank you. But there is one thing missing. How do I combine these in a slide show with more than one slide. I'm a complete newbee ;) and whenever I add a new Image to the media composition and try to create a new pre-composition it is changing the image in all slides... Please let us know, how to achieve that.
Don't duplicate the media comp in timeline rather duplicate that from the project panel.

Nice tutorial. one thing is missing: how duplicate main comp and place multiple images to create a full slideshow instead of single photo.

When I apply Fractal noise to the solid (Grid1), it looks so dark not like the one you've worked on. Because it's too dark, even though I set the expression on the evolution, no dramatic changes appear. Could you give me an advice on why it happens?

Create multiple project by simply copy-paste (change only text and picture s).
Import all project into a new project arrange main comp. on a single timeline and render it out.

But why put all this effort and do this in after effects when there are cookie cutter template based software or in browser apps that do it for you ? Just supply images and sit back for the result. What im trying to understand is will clients accept to pay for this, wont they say ILL DO IT IN POWERPOINT or some online app by themselves. What is the USP factor of dong this with effect in aftereffects is what im trying to understand.
