    Nice review mate! Do you by any chance know what is the combined weight of the 300d ii + control box ? I anticipate I will be traveling with it and would be clutch if its light enough to carry as carry on baggage (under 7kg)

    HI. Thanks for the info. I know you went right through the app but skipped the remote control. Is there an issue with the remote?

      No issue with the remote but since it's the same remote from other Aputure lights we thought the app was the one we'd go into more detail on.

      @@hypop I cant get the remote to work the effects. I did however get the app after watching this video. Far superior way to control the light. Thanks again.

    What’s are those little stands you use to hold the lights?

      They're small desktop stands. Ours are called the Spectrum 43cm Light Stand but you can find alternative ones online that range in heights from 43cm, 50cm and 80cm.
