ComfyGo Electric Wheelchair Remote Pairing

I called comfy Go earned that for the Comfy Go 7 the buttons that say "B" "L" "R" and the angle picture do nothing. Also the remote does not power down the chair. It can only drive it. Very nice helpful employee, Jay, I spoke with. Thank you Jay!
