I have received this question in my techno managerial round. Thanks mohit for the great explanation. This explanation helped me answering the question in a much better way.
Great insight! I like the ida of getting maximum value out of the question. Don't just answer the question, tell a story that shows your technical skills, soft skills, and communication style.
As title says it would have been great if you could give an actual difficult scenario which one can use in the interview. All you telling is to use STAR method which got nothing to do with SF.
my focus is more on how to answer if you get this question, most difficult scenario varies person to person. not only in salesforce but STAR method is relevant in every place where there is a problem.. why don't you share the most difficult problem you have ever faced in ur salesforce journey and how did you solve that, that might help others.
@@Mtripathi347 you are right but all I am saying is that your title is little misleading. It gives the impression that you going to share an actual SF scenario otherwise I like most of your Q&A videos specially the scenario based ones which aren’t many and hope you can make more of them.
I have covered this in one of my video, so u should definitly ask questions for sure an ur question should be logical and they should give an impression that u r eager for this role and company and u have got positive energy in you.
