This is exactly what I'm seeing with my T86. My T770 ran several of my high flow attachments better than my new T86 which is supposedly about 15-20hp stronger.
This is really interesting. What is the best/ideal CTL make and model for your attachment? I'm all lined up to buy a T86 and I'm having second thoughts now.
Something just doesn't seem right..... The difference in GPM between the T86 and T870 in high-flow is roughly 1 GPM, with the T870 having the higher GPM rating. The cooling system on the T86 has significantly more cooling capacity, overall than the T870, but more importantly in this case with hydraulic cooling capacity. The T870 should not outperform the T86 in cooling capacity and should have roughly the same performance on the high-flow setting. Again, something isn't right........
Should not but outperforms, we have run several of T86 and T870, same results… makes no sense but thats the reality for now. Technical information is one thing, performance on field is something else for sure!
Well, I guess I’m gonna buy a T 87
We Highly Suggest it if you’re buying a Bobcat and are in need of hydraulic power for attachments.
Not identical attachments
Is the T86 a Superflow machine?
