I exactly get what I lacked. I'm putting in 10-12 hours of study everyday but used to feel stuck. I'm implementing this right away with a proper plan.
1.Micro sessions twice a day everyday
    2. Macro session once a week and once a month.

This channel is legit a goldmine. As a BJJ practitioner you mentioning that you also do BJJ makes your videos so much more relatable haha. I just know you're gonna get over a million subs soon. Keep it up!

At the end of the video, try putting all of the slices(or the main ones) together to have a bird's view of what has been discussed.
I don't know how that might end up but try it out

Another great video! Thank you! I realized sometimes I reflect too much then get distracted by other things, when I go back to take a new action or project, I forget to fix my problems. I need to make a goal and plan to improve my weaknesses

Your advice is fantastic and I saw your other videos as well, especially the art of coninuous learning. Coincidentally even I applied the same methods and prinipals which you shared in your videos. I did them subconsciously to change my life around, to lose weight, become more fiit and now I am using these methods to learn some basic taekwondo at home along with skipping techniques.
Your advice is 100% spot on for self improvement and continuous growth!!

A very good example of this is learning chess. If a player never analyzes their games, they will improve very slowly. But if they do, over time, they will stop doing the same mistakes and actually get better.

I had to say that this a very well constructed, to the point- video. Can you provide us the course of this type of editing video or maybe any kind of the sources that used too far. Not getting the exact way to be part of motion video editing. @outperformMP

There are plenty of words for it, you are clearly just not aware of them. Reflect on your lack of knowledge, improve yourself and come back and use the correct word to describe your feeling.

Good work. Keep making more content. But make sure you avoid click-bait and only post genuine high-quality content even if it means posting only 1 video a month. Quality over Quantity mate. I am happy with the quality so far. However, what happens from now matters way more.

That's funny. This is just basic introspection; though I imagine if you're able to sell it under the basis of greater productivity, the self-help public is going to jump on that shit.
