I loved all these categories! I got some right and learn a lot on the others! I actually did my best ever but not nearly as good as some of the experts in the comments. You did bring me back a wonderful memory. I saw I Do I Do on a tryout in Cincinnati just before it went to Broadway. Being a big Mary Martain fan, I stood at the stage door with flowers for her. I was asked to bring them back to give them to her in her dressing room!! She was so kind!🥰
Thanks, Marc, for another round of fun! And while it's nice to know the answers - er, questions, I also very much enjoy learning info from you about the shows I wasn't as familiar with! It inspires me to listen to their scores. (Oh: your mention of Forbidden Broadway's fun with Mandy P. reminded me of the Kiss Me Kate parody [from FB Strikes Back] titled, "Bernadette & Mandy in So Miscast"! P.S. Can't wait to read Schoch's book!
8600 today! I'm so happy we have a Forbidden Broadway category! I love that series so much. Which means this was my first time nailing the daily double - I remember seeing that song performed live. It's my favourite song too! I always forget that Forum is a Sondheim show - I associate Sondheim so much with dark and cynical that it's odd to have this one show that's straight up "Comedy Tonight!"
As someone who loves Newsies (both versions), I can't believe it took me so long to get the clue. Not good at the math, but i got about half the clues this time. 😊
Omg, we have the same favorite Forbidden Broadway song! That song immediately popped into my head when you announced the category! I got the Daily Double!!!
Omg the Forbidden Broadway category was so fun!! I’ve loved them as long as I can remember, and was singing along with all the clues. My 16-yr old and I regularly refer to the Mickey Mouse “Phantom of the Musical”, and I can’t see or hear Sarah Brightman without thinking of the “nightingale on LSD” line 😂 Wait, wasn’t the Forbidden Broadway song “So Miscast” also about Mandy Patinkin?? Also, I can’t hear the title “Losing My Mind” without plugging the awesome album “Losing My Mind: A Disco Sondheim Fever Dream”. The version of “The Miller’s Son” on that album is absolutely breathtaking!
Loved the Forbidden Broadway category. One of these day's I'll actually manage to get to a Forbidden Broadway production. Once again, I learned a lot, I wasn't familiar with any of the all dance musicals. As for the results, the big nada.
During the whole game I kept asking myself where I knew your guest from. Then it hit me. He resembles the Post Man voiced by Fred Astaire in one of those animatronic Christmas Specials of the '60s either Rudolf The Red Nosed Reindeer or Frosty The Snowman.
Edmond from Royal Oak MI…a strong week this week. $17,000!!! Thanks for another fun round!! Suggested category…Family Connections: songs from musicals highlighting family relationships. Like “Motherhood” fromHELLO DOLLY, “Fatherhood Blues” from BABY, “Momma Look Sharp” from 1776, “Mama Will Provide” from ONCE ON THIS ISLAND, and “Sisters” from WHITE CHRISTMAS. Your command of Bway history could round out the category.
I got 16400 after wagering it all for the final jeopardy question. I got all the Forbidden Broadway questions right, all but the last Sondheim questions right, and all the all dancing musical questions wrong
had 11,000 before final jeopardy and wagered everything and got final jeopardy wrong, so ended up with 0. I missed only 4 questions: I incorrectly answered the Mandy Patinkin question, I thought it was Judy Garland, I answered the Cameron Macintosh question wrong, I said Andrew Lloyd Webber, I couldn't think times they are a changin' and I got the final jeopardy question wrong couldn't think of Newsies
Final results: $7,100. I cannot believe the Final Jeopardy question threw me off! I wagered $300 and I got it wrong! The drumroll for Final Jeopardy made me think of a the drumroll for the theme from The Muppet Show! You trickster! Oh, well. Maybe next time.

That’s so amazing!! What an incredible memory! Thank you so much for sharing. ❤️
Another great episode!! Thank you!!

I got $14,400! That's cool that you Richard Schoch on. I'll have to read that book.
8600 today!

12,500. Best score ever! Thanks to Sondheim and FB questions. Lovin’ the show! Henrik in Maidstone, Kent, UK

So happy I found this channel! My Broadway knowledge is woeful but you're such a great host, and I'm learning about all the new (to me) shows!
I also LOVE "Forbidden Broadway". 😊
And I have to say, having seen Madonna in "Speed the Plow", I have to agree with Mr. Alessandrini. 😂
I Do I Do is one of my favorites. I saw the Hal Linden and Lee Remick special on VHS over and over again
During the whole game I kept asking myself where I knew your guest from. Then it hit me. He resembles the Post Man voiced by Fred Astaire in one of those animatronic Christmas Specials of the '60s either Rudolf The Red Nosed Reindeer or Frosty The Snowman.
Ethel's Disco album is one of my absolute prize posessions!
I was WORRIED after having no idea about the all-dance category at $200, but (thankfully) it was just off my radar.
This was my best score yet at $11,000! Was surprised that I still remembered all of the Forbidden Broadway ones.
I love forbidden broadway . I like to see a forbidden Hollywood category .
$9600. Best ever. Now I have to go listen to every Forbidden Broadway song ever

1600 due to lowballing on the Double Jeopardy when I really knew it. Looking forward to next week!
7000 (added 1000 with the final). Loved the Sondheim category (got them all!).
And now I must go listen to Losing My Mind, a gorgeous song.
My first time getting every question correct!!!
OMG I love that shirt
CONTACT IS AMAZING!!!
Always a treat!!!
27,200 final score, I only couldn’t come up with Band and Times titles in the 1K questions.
19800! Thank God my kid loves Newsies!
I didn't do as well this week. The only category I aced was Forbidden Broadway.
There's a gorgeous Once on This Island done in the Phillipines you can find on youtube!
Omg. This was my worst one yet?! 2x 200 and 1x 400 and that's it. At least I doubled it with Newsies 😂😂
Missed 5 but aced Sondheim
Made $6,600 in the game itself but then wagered $89,400 on final Jeopardy for a total of (Cue the Lin-Manuel music!) $96,000
6600. I missed some biggies - should not do this just before bed! I’ve already ordered the Sondheim book…
$11900 this week
finally I got a final Jeopardy! 13,600 this week! How about a child star category
had 11,000 before final jeopardy and wagered everything and got final jeopardy wrong, so ended up with 0.

$20800
Would love to see categories on Broadway/Performing Arts theatres not just in New York but around the world
