In this clip, Fredro Starr spoke with Shirley Ju about his friendship with DMX and how much he meant to hip-hop. Fredro recounted first meeting X and immediately knowing that he was going to be as big of a star as the hype around him projected. He said the best way to describe DMX is to look at him as Onyx all wrapped in one body.
Later in the clip, Fredro Starr gave his take on Jam Master Jay's alleged killers being arrested and why he thinks it's not worth discussing. According to Fredro, JMJ's death can never be resolved because he's no longer here. He also spoke about some of the things JMJ taught him. - Розваги

5:34 ive always felt the same way. Ive seen grieving mothers jumping with tears of joy when their sons/daughters killer is finally caught and it always confused me. Me personally it wouldn’t matter. The person is dead and they are never coming back. Someone getting arrested wouldn’t make the pain any less poisonous.
Exactly jumping up and down praising God saying they got "justice" they've been indoctrinated to believe jail is a good thing, and it makes the pain better. It doesn't after the excitement wears off back to missing your loved one.
When crimes are committed, it's not just about the family only. It's about maintaining order in society and keeping society from totally collapsing. Things aren't perfect, but trust me you don't want a society that gives itself over to total anarchy.

Secondly, its knowing they can get 'some rest' without being alarmed every time a pin drops in the dark.- Some murders happen - and the family and loved ones are at limbo not knowing what else they were about, and if there is more blood to be shed, if there is more grief to be visited to the family - when its going to happen, and what it was all about.
