From what I heard if you’re doing early applications, grade 11 marks do matter a lot +grade 12 marks. but if you’re applying in grade 12, they will look at grade 11 marks but they can’t base their decision off of them, but it does matter if you want a good impression
@ thank you so much for replying!! My grades are two mid 80s, one high 80, one 90s but I’m going to finish math with like a 10% 😭. I plan on doing it in night school next semester. I want to do law and my guidance councillor told me they won’t check but I’m petrified
@ that sounds so cool! I’m not sure if you’re from Ontario but I highly recommend you apply to yorku law and society as a backup, my friend had a high 70s as average for grade 11 (+one failed course) but she still managed to get in. Good luck on your courses!
@@Iheartapples-xz1po same! I’m from downtown! Also I believe it doesn’t matter what you major in for undergrad, but so many people tend to philosophy or political science! I have a strong feeling you’re gonna get in your dream program :)) wish you the best of luck 🤞
@@lizavartanova what i meant was i believe to have to submit a alternative form to chose alt program? Or did they accepted you to that program without requesting the alternative program
@@Pukki07 There was an alternate offer form you had to fill out when submitting your application, and I chose that one. It doesn't affect your Rotman Commerce application or lower your chances because you wouldn't mind the alternate offer you picked, but it just gives you a second chance if you don't get in.
I would honestly say practice a lot and study efficiently without overstudying. For example, I liked looking at online notes and videos instead of relying on my teacher's materials for some classes.
Omg congratss your grades are so good whattttt! What were you extracurriculars?

Did u chose math and ps for alternatives for rotman commerce? Or did they randomly gave it you?
I got rejected from Rotman Commerce, and got accepted into that alternative program instead!

Yo i am currently in grade 12 and i have advanced functions and calc can u give any tips on how to get good grades
practice! math is logic and you just have to get used to applying the theory to different problems. ;)
Please did you apply for any scholarship
All of the scholarships mentioned in this video were entrance ones. However, yes, i did apply to others.
Can you make a video about studying tips please
