Ritch Henderson “The Fall”.

Fall is upon us. I‘ve been thinking how change is rarely anything other than chaotic and uncomfortable, at least in my experience. My mind quickly turned to the reality that the Fall season is Upon us and with its arrival a complete change in nature is happening. The trees are going to shed their leaves and reserve their energy to survive the winter chill. Most of us have had to do the very same thing in an attempt to survive the desolation that this pandemic has brought us ever so swiftly. That process was painful for me, I was scared to death, that I was losing the very thing I had sacrificed any shot at a regular way of life for in the first place.My life came crashing down around me in an instant, like it had for many others, I was extremely unwell. I decided that while this time was an uncomfortable change, I was going to welcome it and use the time I’d been given to become better, and at the end of the day I had been down for most of my life up until this point, and this complete lack of resources wasn’t anything new to me (I’m Old Poor 🔥). This change has been terrifying, and stressful, and, it’s been welcome. I’m still here, and you are too, and I’m so very grateful for it. Keep your eyes on this prize, this year is still our year.
