I will be doing this, and I will come back to this video after 3 or 6 months and tell you guys my result... Not only my result, but my process. That is it, see ya!
@notrealtedtomusic8789 Tbh, I'm getting inbound clients. They reach out to me. Because I've been posting a lot on X. I'm working with a client and another lead literally sent an email right now.
Man I've made videos for 15 years now and worked with a lot of my dream clients and celebrities, this video still had a lot of value for me. Great work!
Hello Sir! i'm a video editor with 6 years experience at different tv channels, now i'm looking for a job, can you help me with this? I lost my job last week, i have time and pc and also the NEED too.
TBH I feel what kills me now is a bad mindset, working slow, feeling unmotivated and not being able to tell my worth according to the products I create. It feels I need to work A LOT but I just don't have the capacity for it due to fast burn out. Write this in 0:25 secs... Now I'll continue the watch video
I hear you! You should focus on trying to find ways to speed up your workflow and try to work hard to get better clients each project you work on. You can do this by positioning yourself in the market differently. I highly recommend reading Alex Hormozis 2 books on leads and offers and then apply what he says to being an editor and you’ll be fine!
Here’s some motivation for you. - I desperately wanted to quit my job. - Started my channel at 0 subscribers. - 8 months later I was able to quit my 300k job in healthcare - Now I have a whole team working for me to buy back my time. Creating financial freedom for yourself is possible. But no one can want it for you more than you want it for yourself.
Hey man, I usually never comment. Maybe it's the youtube algorithm but this is 100% the content I was looking for. I am also interested in the same niche as you (business/entrepreneurship). Would you happen to know how to find leads in this niche? Than you for your time, the video looks very professional, keep grinding ⭐
Having a really sad day cuz struggling to get good clients and this video just gave me so much hope. Thanks a lot mate!! This was the first video I watched from your channel and I'm following you cuz I'm sure there's gonna be so much more value inside. Also I have 2 questions for you if you don't mind. 1) What do you think of freelancing websites like upwork and fiver since you didn't mention them, do you not recommend them? 2) Where did you find your editor? cuz I just love the editing of this video. It's so much clean with the right amount of overlays and sound effects. I love doing this kind of editing. Really liked it.
Hey man thanks so much for your kind words and for subscribing it means a lot! 1) I don’t recommend using them because clients are price shopping and it is a software that helps commoditize editors. It’s a race to the bottom on price there. 2) thanks brother I edit all my own stuff
Nice video, super detailed. You are giving paid information for free that not a lot of people do! I was wondering if you are a member of The Real World ?
It can be a great way to get into editing but clients expect a lot for a little amount of money. It’s a tough way to start if you want to make a good income BUT very possible
Man, that video is really dope! I just wanna ask you something-do you think I could be like you one day? I’m 21 years old and dealing with partial paralysis, so I can’t work anywhere. I really love editing videos, but nobody wants to work with me. Plus, because of some personal circumstances, I couldn’t afford a better computer for editing. I only have this old one, so I just do some basic edits. Nobody gives me a chance, and honestly, I’m tired of it all. But after seeing your video, it gave me a little hope. Thank you so much for that!
Thank you so much man i started learning video editing it's kinda fun and hard because I'm at the army so it's kinda hard because i don't have a laptop
This video is an absolute goldmine. You not only gave me some amazing tips to move forward with, you presented it with just the right amount of charisma and charm to inspire me to pursue this industry. By the way if you need a video editor inbox me me 🤣
You should never charge that little bro! My advice would be to get good at editing. Watch my premiere pro course for free on UA-cam or my Final Cut Pro course I’m releasing this week. Learn to get good or at least decent. Then craft a good offer, tie your editing to a result your potential client wants. After that it’s all about getting in front of your client and you can do that through cold email or IG. And don’t charge so little by doing so it contributes to commonitizing video editing.

It can be a great way to get into editing but clients expect a lot for a little amount of money. It’s a tough way to start if you want to make a good income BUT very possible
@dylanrreynolds thanks alot bro
Is it a good idea to start my emails to clients with the fact that I have 12,500 subs? (Not this one ofc)
