It’s pretty nice. Very well groomed trail system. Definitely a cool spot for people to go and test the waters or a good family adventure

You are correct about renting these bikes. It gives people the opportunity to find out if they really want to buy one. It's a pretty big investment. Plus a truck and trailer to transport. And of course lodging.

In Ocala a guy bought a bunch of quads and started renting them out. He must be doing okay cause every year he adds more bikes and upgrades the older units.

I wish this place would allow quads because the trail system is insane! Has potential to be one of the best spots in Indiana but the restrictions on only using their sxs’s takes away from it. Still a blast and worth going though
