- Watch me catch a nearly 25 lb sack on Guntersville Lake. After a slow start , I pick up a new bait that I'm certain the fish haven't seen. I catch a fish on my first cast with the bait. I will show you the SLOT LIMIT BAITS 5 1/2-inch worm. This worm is a finesse style bait but fishes BIG.

Nice mr pettie! Had a lot more success with drop shotting over a Shakey head with finesse fishing but need to fish it more to have confidence and the best presentation for it . Pretty interesting how you were presenting It over the grass but paid off big time !
I use the drop shot some as well. I tend to lose more fish on it, so it makes me not use it as much. I haven't found a perfect hook for drop shotting yet but I know it is an affective way to catch them. The key to using a shakey head around the grass is to go as light as you can. It keeps the bait from burying into the grass and grabbing. Thanks for watching 🎣
