I actually like the idea of the cameraman and how he just talks to her in the background. Gives the whole videos more of a story and has a different perspective
Because we have different culture.but Jelena just like a pilipino I knew life is not easy for her ,she don't know about the life style of every pilipino but she is willing learned it.noong naubusan cya ng gasul she don't know how to pulled out and finded the rope to tie and how she cut it ,I know is not easy for her but she did.
When I was young we used to chop the kamias fruits into small pieces, mixed in bagoong or alamang, chopped onion and tomato. It goes well with fried fish or meat, porkchop and off course newly-cooked rice.
A piece of advice, I hope that you know personally the people that you visiting in different provinces of the country, you should not be complacent going to one place to another, there are people that will show you good things but the truth is they are bad people, especially you are a woman and you have two children with you.. Always check who you can really trust. And carry something that can protect you and your kids.
Dont worry people in the area tell them who they company the locals always watch who is bad people i'm from philippines it most dangerous living in the cities than provinces
Enjoy to a new place new experience catching fish is fun specially when you caught a big fish relax and enjoy while you were there and have wonderful day
Good to see you enjoying family time. Filipino families celebrate small and big occasions with family time, especially through sumptuous meals. God bless and protect all families, especially FILIPINO families.
nice to see you guys catching fish together. happylife starts from the simple life. grab every opportunity when your young so that you can tell story when your old.
I always have a feeling Dominic will be a big star in the Philippines, he is so handsome and have an X factor, so adorable...That Mark camera/friend/? guy seems decent and educated the way he speaks, I could sense that you both make each other happy❤
"that was a very good tilapia ' it was a very nice catch " happy eating and enjoy the day . Since you are already in Nueva Ecija, why not try the cool climate of Baguio City "
BTW Kamias, is the most sour fruit in the Philippines. 🙂 You can dip it in sugar to lessen the sourness ore salt to neutralize the sourness. Some cook Kamias in sugar and sweetened them. I`t delicious!. Hope you can find and try that one too 🙂. Try to ask locals there.
catching fish very exciting and that is one of my hobby is fishing when i return home in the province is catching fish every afternoon at 4 p.m. until 7 p.m.
Kamias fruits are sometimes made into kamias candies. Kamias can also be used in sinigang especially on fish. Just cut up kamias, tomatoes and onion then put it in boiling water. Let it simmer for a few minutes add the fish add young kamote tops or kangkong leaves. To taste, add patis or salt.
Hi I am a new member here on your channel. Please do not let your guards down. You must always ensure you know people you are around with. I am Filipino but even when I visit my own country I am a bit skeptical when it comes to trusting people. Please always stay vigilant. Happy you are enjoying the Philippines.
You should make Luzon your home base, Jelena. If you want close to the beach La Union and Bataan will offer that for you. You will be a little closer to Susie and Baylosis without having to take a plane or ferry to see them..
Try cutting the fish but not all the way, maybe 3-4 slanted lines on each side of the fish then you rub the salt and pepper if you have. That will add flavor to your fish!
You can use Kamias for sinigang, there are variety of way to cook sinigang 1 sinigang sa bayabas 2 sinigang sa kamias 3 sinigang sa sampaloc 4 sinigang sa miso.
Jelena you and your kids eatting fish off the bone is exciting for me and rarely seen here in Maui kids here are spoiled eatting it filleted, sashimi or poke style.
it that your new pet dog? Anyway, Emma seems to be adjusting to the Filipino culture using her hands and liked the pork belly, so it Dominic. You are in a nice area with swimming pool are you staying in that resort?
Yes, you can substitute sliced Kamias with sinigang mix (which is tamarind mix). Anything that will provide sourness. Lots of sliced tomatoes can be substitute as souring agent.
Your kids will be like you, very respectful and brave. They appreciate everything what they have right now. We love you guys..
I actually like the idea of the cameraman and how he just talks to her in the background. Gives the whole videos more of a story and has a different perspective
