All the appointment made under different reservation quota since last 30 yrs need to be investigated for Govt to clear all doubt s & restore confidence about integrity of top officials of govt machinery.
Govt must publish a white paper on all appointment made by UPSC against different quota since 30 yrs & that should be published in all news papers across the country for gen public to know who's who in the beaurocracy.
Neither the State Government, not the Central Government, nor the UPSC is interested in punishing Puja. Puja could not have committed so many crimes, without the help of officers in the UPSC. Just a transfer from Pune to Washim is not a Punishment. On the contrary it is a message to Puja, that her interests would be safeguarded.

The person who allowed it to happen is the biggest culprit than the person who did it. What money can't buy is education, and it's worrying that even that doesn't exist now.
The UPSC is simply trying to save its own azz. In the first place why didn't they do a thorough background check of her eligibility, like her documents, when she first submitted them? Now they're simply trying to pass on the blame to Pooja, when they themselves were irresponsible (or corrupt?).
UPSC must also be questioned for all this mess. How many more Pujas did UPSC allow ?
Her doctorate degree also need to be investigate.
It's too late for that. Her admission might be fraud. But since she cleared mbbs course, it can not be taken away
