- If I could pick one movie to redub in Italian, that movie would definitely be Tangled. The whole cast sounds just so random, to me...well, the whole cast...except for Giò Giò~

Well, Italian is one of the closest language to Latin, it's Spanish, Portuguese, and French that stray from it ! And English was simply raped by French, so it has nothing more to do with Romance languages (Romanian, Italian, French, Spanish, Portuguese, etc...).
@@francescoghigo8394 italian isn't any closer to latin than spanish is, it doesnt even have the letter x. Also sardinian has many more similarities to classical latin in grammar and phonology than italian.
@@marinaaaa2735 I didn't say it's "THE closest" I said it's "ONE of the closest" (and yes, Sardinian is closer to Latin in terms of phonology, but definitely not grammar, unless it has cases). Anywho, Italian has been a literature language for many centuries, whereas languages like Portuguese, Spanish, and French have been adopted by the common people much earlier, making them evolve and come into contact with different vocabulary and sound changes than Italian did.

FlamSparks There’s about 3 or 4 of the Italian lyrics that rhyme:
-“È in bella dramma, senza mamma”
-“Non scordare, cosa fare”
-“Non farne un dramma e abbraccia la mamma”
-“Se rifletti, non scommetti”
The words that rhyme are dramma & mamma, scordare & fare, rifletti & scommetti
(In the original English version of the movie, the lyric you translated
to “non farne un dramma è abbraccia la mamma” is originally “don’t be a dummy, come with mummy” which also rhymes. So it’s cool that you were able to translate it to Italian and still have it rhyme) 😊
@@sheaharris8189 that *adaptation of the lyrics* (it is *not* a translation) was not made by me, that's the official Italian adaptation, I only back-translated it to English. The whole Italian lyrics are rhymed:

Rhymes are the bare minimum you can ask for in an adaptation, so it's nothing impressing to see it. Something way more worth of notice is the accuracy of the lip-sync: _that_ is a truly hard parameter to satisfy, because it requires the lyrics to follow the correct rhythm, rhyme, make sense, be consistent, be beautiful *while* following the movements of the lips.

They aren't ,but obviously translating Italian way of saying in English makes it a little bland,same goes on reverse, that's why translators need to use and change the lyrics in a certain way and can't actually just translate it like nothing.

Assolutamente no. Ricorda che il senso materno e paterno sono soltanto convenzioni mentali create da noi esseri umani, non esiste nulla di tutto ciò in realtà. Gothel ha manipolato e strumentalizzato fino alla sua morte Rapunzel, addirittura anche nella serie sequel si vede come gli atti di gothel siano stati crudeli anche nei confronti della sua figlia biologica.

I have to say it took me some time to get use to her very strong acting but now I just love this Gothel ^^ she's so enjoying the role it's impossible not to like her performance ! But except Rapunzel (I even think she's the only Italian voice I don't like) I like the entire cast, especially Flynn ^^

At the end of the word sbalordirá she went flat and that kind of killed the mood for me tbh. But I did love it except for that note at the last 2 letters of sbalordirá. Other than that I loved.
Interpretation sometimes intervene and that's normal.
The 'sbalordirà' thing its actually truee ahaha😂 but i think the second part was full of emotions, i love when she says ' ma rapunzel non sbaglia, lei crede in questo tipo, lui aspetta, solo te!' That was so perfectly ironic
OH GOD- I'm an Italian so I have the film in this version and GOD I PREFER ENGLISH- I can tell you from my perspective that this is awful- not the voice, the voice acting is great! Just things don't rhyme and a lot of things don't have the same meaning, I much prefer the English version 👍

Come- cioe, ok che non ti piace quella di rapunzel, ma ghotel è stata interpretata in modo spaventoso. Poi, le rime ci sono tutte, è ovvio che si deve modificare il testo, se no in italiano alcune cose non avrebbero senso, ma il senso delle canzoni rimane eccome. Il lipsinc è perfetto e niente, personalmente penso che la doppiatrice ci abbia messo tutta se stessa per fare questo ruolo.💕
