- It's my last day in Krakow and there is one thing left on my list of must see places. It's the Wawel Royal Castle and it was once the home of Polish Kings. Now it's open for the public to visit. Today was another windy day in Krakow. I started the day with a French pastry shop that was incredible. Then off to find the way to the Wawel Castle. I walked through some parks, near the walls of the old city. Then I reached the beautiful castle. From here I had incredible views of the Vistula river and Krakow. Let's explore the castle together.

So many architectural gems in Krakow, Poland. The castle of Kings is humongous in size. Definitely a must see when visiting this amazing city. Nice video my friend. Many steps walking today
You're right on, the architecture in Krakow is a magnificent. The castle is 100% a must visit.
The architecture keeps surprising me, thanks for showing it/
Everywhere I visit in Poland has the most interesting and varied architecture. I'm glad you enjoy it as well.
Good stuff mate! Regards from a fellow Poland enthusiast 😀
Poland is awesome. Thanks and happy travels. 🙏🇵🇱
@@TravelAddictGuyHappy Travels my friend!
There were many more buildings on Wawel Hill. There were several streets with buildings for royal officials, a princess castle and another church etc. It was demolished in the 19th century, and the Austrians built garrison barracks on the Vistula side. It was a time when Poland did not exist.
That's a shame that much of it was lost to time. At least we have what's left to enjoy. Thanks for that information. 🙏
wow im gonna try this pastry tommorow, i live just 10minutes walk from that place
It's worth it, these pastries are delicious.
Thankyou my friend
Thank you. 🙏
Coming over next month, still looks gloomy and cold over there though, do you know if I should still dress for winter in April?
Should be warmer by then. But jackets still required. Check the weather as well, might be some rain.
@@TravelAddictGuyI did May last year, just got by with a thin spring jacket.
@@dcikaruga Unless you are used to cold weather, I wouldn't do it. Good luck.

Last day? Where do you live regularly?
I live in Wroclaw, the Southwestern part of Poland.
@@TravelAddictGuy how do you like it? How is it compared to Spain? The people and culture?
@RossBayCult People are a bit more reserved, I think. The scenery is quite different, but I'm enjoying that. The food is also quite different but delicious.
Thank you my friend. 👍🏻
