U r absolutely right….Most people living in Kardo khang sum pay our subscription amount n we also pay our income tax alothough most Tibetan living in Sikkim,Darjeeling n Kalimpong n Nepal r independant n don’t rely on exile Govt.We buy our own house,shops n lands…People in Shichak pay subscription when they r in India but ones they go abroad they don’t pay….We as Tibetans hv responsibility not only towerds Tibetan govt in exile but also hv responsibility towerds India 🇮🇳 who hv been so kind towerds Tibetan for past 75 yrs.
