This stopped the popup from showing when you first open an Office app, but it will still show "Activation Required" under Account Info. Anyway as long as I can use the apps I'm fine. Time will tell if the pop ups will show again.

Interesting. I did run the file once without admin rights, when I went back to the excel sheet I could edit even though it told me activation was needed.
Then I ran 3x admin mode like you said and now it's working without asking for activation!

@@MimiezWorld try to open "Program Files (x86)" folder instead of "Program Files" then find "Microsoft Office" folder then find "Office 16" folder from there look for OSPPREARM file. Hope it works for you. :)
