I’m sitting with the same problem, except the verification number is linked to my old number and I have to way of getting that number back. (I haven’t used that old number for more than 3 years now, so I’m not sure why it’s using that number, even my admin has the “new” number).
What should I do when I can't sign in because it keeps saying my username is incorrect??
