Everybody does understand why Rory didn’t want to talk. Rory doesn’t have to describe how he feels, as it is self-evident. Rory posted a very sincere & thoughtful message of congratulations to Bryson , so he took care of that and expressed more to Bryson than would have been the case in the statement you suggest. It is the media that is blowing this situation up to boost ratings. There is no fan outcry over Rory’s quick exit. As a paying customer, the only thing Rory or any other golfer owes me is letting me watch them play, which is what I pay for.
Bryson has added something like 60,000 subscibers in 3 days since the Open, now 740,000 followers, huge part of Brysons popularity is his UA-cam channels
Rory needs to sack his caddy, the big mistake was 15, you cant go long, a strong caddy would have stood his ground over an 8 iron instead of 7, that was the end of him right there.
On the contrary, Rory did well by avoiding the fakestream media. He was under absolutely no obligation to emote for anyone. I now like him much more for refusing to participate in this ridiculous exercise.
He was under obligation part of the contract he will be fined in near future. He also a coward and bad sportsman's not congratulating Bryson after he won and sulked like bitch.
Djokovic had a fine career after escaping from New York after being ejected from the US Open for hitting a lines woman in the throat, so not a big deal for his fans. I'm not sure it helped Djokovic get big promotional money after that kind of exit, so still maybe not the best move by Rory. Not the best look for the PGA tour either.
@@JeremiahAlphonsus Don't be a Rory crybaby.🤣 I actually think he made the right moves on the course. We'll see his mentality ongoing, but I've got a feeling this was a turning point in the wrong direction.
Best US OPEN in a long time, course was fantastic
Good show and great post-tournament analysis. Johnson did a fantastic job with Golf Channel in his on-course commentary after the rounds.
That interaction with Bryson in the bunker was such fun
Yo Brendon from Zimbabwe - played Wingate the other day ! Glad I found your channel. Cheers Peter Rhodes
International team is going to get wrecked without Niemann, Smith, Louis, Burmester
Rory 1 minute is all it took, "congratulations Bryson, sorry guys i just cant do this right now" everyone would have understood

PGATOUR doesnt own golf. Everyday fans worldwide do.

@@meles3740 Discerning minds understand that Rory made precisely the right move. Hopefully, more golfers decide to utterly spurn the fakestream media.
Classless showing by not congratulating the man who beat him, go Woke, CHOKE
