The Luard player could have cb deny Eva during her dragstrider turn. She could have used 2 rears to removes 2 obscudeid and use dragstrider to hit for lethal. Without the intercepts Eva could have not been able to 3 to pass dragstrider. Even if he could guard dragstrider he would have no cb for the following turn
You can actually bottom deck two and not stride. I believe you would just win if you twin drive with vanguard and hit the crit that you had bottom decked the turn previously.
