    How to build a creative email content calendar:
    1. check the website (get the brand vibe: collections, products, colors...)
    2. think about the customer groups (newcomers, VIPs, etc)
    3. how can we talk to them?
    subjects: referral, product, promo, UGC customer review, Founder's note, New Year resolution, Year in Review
    think like a real person, what you would do in this season (December: shopping season, gifts, New Year, resolution, year review)
    4. get into the data to see what works (opens, clicks)
