In this video, we review the Air Max 97’ Triple White Wolf Grey to help you make your next shoe purchase. This review will let you know what size you should go with when you buy your pair, what you can expect from these shoes overtime, the best places to buy them, and even who should buy them.
The Air Max 97’ features a ripple design around the shoe that was inspired by Japanese bullet trains. The 97’ also featured the first full length Nike Air unit, and changed the running game as we knew it.
Today, the Air Max 97’ is a known classic in the sneakerhead community and for the average person as well. This shoe has quickly jumped into my top 5 favorite shoes that I’ve ever owned, and I’ve owned a lot of shoes.

I initially liked these more than the 95s, but the esthetic grew on me... 95 came up from behind and slammed dunked on them 97s for me after I tried both of them.

I got these for traveling to Europe because I had a bad experience wearing non cushioned shoes in those cobble stone streets and they were perfect. I got no sores and I was able to walk for hours. I have 3 pairs now

I’m a size 8 narrow foot and I got these in size 8 and they’re sooooo tight for me, my toes are hitting at the end and little toes are rubbing also. So annoyed cos they’re expensive and I’ve only wore them like twice. Would need to try 0.5 / 1 size up next time
My TTS is 11, some silhouettes I go 11.5 like the TNs or More Uptempos. I wear 97 in a full size up, size 12, but the comfort is amazing.

That dip at the front of the shoes do not feel good at all. Feels stiff and can feel just where the air cushion ends so I hope that goes away as I keep wearing it … got it for $140 tho on Nike!

Always half size up unless you want you want you want to lose circulation in your foot.
Are the Nike Air Max 97 good and comfortable for sports, running and long walks? Does the shoe also have good traction
I think there's better options out there. These shoes are quite stiff for a while and the feeling of the bubble could make you uncomfortable while playing sports. The Air Max 90s or Air Max 1s would be better for long walks. I don't think I could recommend any air max for running or sports.

Maybe someone can help me out. Im trying to buy the 97s triple black but i saw that the same 97s triple black OG are way cheaper but they look exactly the same. Whats the difference between the two? And if there is little to no difference should i just get the OG ones since they are cheaper

Yep, the mesh does have a grey tint to it that's hard to see in videos and even in pictures.

They're not "only good" for them but I dontnthink people with those kind of feet will have much issues with the sure in comparison. Can't go wrong with black leather in the winter.

I have white/orange version. They are beautiful. Haven't been excited for buying sneakers as much as when buying a pair of these. Had to go up 1/2 a size. The problem is, they are not made for prolonged walking. After 1h walking around the city, my feet are burning hot. And cleaning is hard tbh. Paid around 180$ will be returning. Will have to take a few more pics for memories, as these are just the most adorable shoe imo. Thanks for a review!

I got These for 70 euros in nike outlet store with an on sale of 30 percent. bought thel in belguim maasmechelen village nike factory.
Very nice looking in Triple White, but as comfort is concerned, it couldn't beat the Air Max 98 or the Air Max 95 though

Maybe a half size up. The 97 has a really narrow toe box.
I'm feeling exactly the same I've started buying a new pair different airmax every month now on payday lol I've been wanting a pair of 97s but just never been sure of the design especially the colourways avaliable there's like 2 out them all that I'd actually wear! These white ones are only so popular cause them one's who like to paint them on UA-cam as customs just buy like 5 pairs at any one time! One pair I am looking at today is the stadium grey 97s! Now they look nice and the Fabric on them isn't a nylon mesh but the nice square design I've seen in higher end trainer's they just look good its now the size are they true to size as I had to go up a size in the triax 96s they brought back out I got 3 pairs last month and found an OG USA new pair so cool still on the foot and so light n comfortable compared to my airmax 90s amd TN 2 and TN3s there heavy compared to the triax 96s!
Got mine months ago but barely worn…..not that comfortable to be honest. And as for styling, I found New balance can be much better and comfortable to me

Yes mate, I do recommend you should go a size up because my size FR 41/UK 7,5 and already purchased the same exact white air max 97 but it was too tight and stiff and when I spoke to a friend of mine who works at the Nike store about this issue, he told me that I should always go a size up with the 97's.

I had the black ones I went true to size which was 9 also keep in mind I don’t have wide feet and currently they became my beaters and I even wear them to the gym so to answer your question they can be but their might be more comfortable shoes but they still can from my experience

I was 13 in 1997 when they came out and I felt like I’m on a cloud. Today I wear them sometimes as a cool looking memory but tech feels too outdated, they’re heavy and bulky
