Thats not good. I would recommend getting lessons. It's always best to have a professional with you or get lessons until your comfortable. Hope your ok.

i did the a double 360 for a performance but we call it nappy drop if you put your arms out striaght after the 360 you can also catch yourself and looks much better than grabbing hold of the silks

Can everyone in the comments who is teaching themselves silks/hammock please consider attending a class where your safety will be paramount. Once you have a good basic knowledge and the fundamental skills then self learning can be great, as a beginner you need the guidance and the expertise of an instructor.

My 9 year old loves your videos! I just bought her a silk for her birthday and installed it with the Aerial 8. Threaded it from the center with the two lose ends hanging down. We’d like some guidance on how to tie the two ends into the aerial 8 so that we have the center hanging at the bottom. Thanks for your help.
Attending a class with a professional would help, it’s a dangerous sport and requires proper rigging, knowledge and silk theory - drops may look easy but there are many ways for them to go wrong and end badly. In a class, the teacher will guide you through so you progress steadily and safely.
@@alexmaddox6584 Ikr, I see people try stuff without proper understanding and it’s the dumbest thing I’ve ever seen because this sport is quite dangerous. You could literally die- I’m a trained acrobatic and aerialist, (I’m 11 and have done this sport for 4 years) I’ve gotten hurt before and it is not fun!
