In Korean "stupid" is more like a teasing endearment, like "you're a dork" "you're silly"

He is one of the few Korean men I have heard with a deep English speaking voice. Most speak higher in English.
Partly due to his natural pitch from his throat is already deep. Though I know what you meant cuz some people do tend to raise their tone/pitch when they are speaking a foreign/unfamiliar second language.
True I just realized that some Koreans I’ve heard speak higher but probably not all
