Thanks man! Creating is the thing I love the most about cooking. Sometimes a dish can take weeks and sometimes minutes. It’s experience, hard work and don’t be afraid to fail. I get my ideas from many things, like the autumn dessert I made last week. Thought about it while taking my dog for a walk in the forest.

How can I bake the white chocolat without just melting it? How hot should the oven be?
I always bake it at 160 degrees Celsius for around 20 minutes
Have you thought about getting spray gun to get chocolate matte finish to frozen mousses?
I used to do this in the past, works great and love the end result. But I didn't found it necessary for this dish. Thanks for the suggestion though!
