I have been using the OP2 for a few months it works extremely well for what i do. Bought and tried out the A5 on the weekend and was super happy with the result.
The sound is amazing with minimal wind noise. The black piece is give you grip when removing the lens for repairs or if you have filters. When I had the original action I lost it and I couldn't remove the lens. Great video. Great comparison. I just ordered mine as an open box to save money. Take care.
@@troletti it would depend on the level, I’ve used the action 4&5 for car cams on the top of my car and footage is great. I’ll work on a comparison video getting footage going down the a1a at the beach soon to compare

Interesting thank you!!! Sounds like maybe I should leave it off, my action 4 didn’t come with that
Have one question. Can we connect the external mic that we get on osmo pocket 3 to action 5 pro? M
Yes you can, you just need to pair the device each time you want to switch between pocket or action
Can it maintain a level horizon while exposed to vibrations? The OA3 and OA4 failed miserably under professional action cam scenarios…

@@ReachFilms I'd love to see the mounts you're using...we typically use a variety of RAM MOUNTS.
