i am gonna say no to the aluminum fairlead. i sm on my second synthetic winch rope in about 2 weeks...it wears it as it is not meant for plowing...at least that is my experience with my 600t cfmoto. i ordered a kfi pulley fairlead, hope that reduces the wear that occurs as the synthetic runs over the aluminum fairlead repeatedly

Try a tow strap, boat trailer winch strap, or HD tie down strap. Works good for snow plow.
Hey boss change that fairlead out to a hawse. Roller fairlead with a synthetic rope is no good 👌🏻

update. kfi pulley fairlead works perfect. rope is still good
